Biography

Since 1993 within different network integrator companies, I used to design, implement and develop Enterprise Networks (LAN/WAN/Security) around Switzerland, using products like Nortel (former Wellfleet/Bay Networks), IBM or Cisco components. In September 1999, I achieved my Cisco CCIE Certification in Routing & Switching (CCIE#5093) and in 2021 my DevNet Associate.

I joined the University of applied Sciences of Fribourg in 2001. I’m member of the Institute of Smart and secured Systems (iSIS). I’m active in Teaching, Ra&D projects, in the Cisco Academy and Security Academy present in our University. I’m also member of the Swiss IPv6 Council and ISOC Swiss Chapter.

Wireless LAN at HEIA-FR

Jan. 2004 - Dec. 2004 / The goal of this project was to introduce wireless LAN in our University, and our department was responsible for the pilote phase. This pilote phase has started the 1st January and has finished end of 2004.

SCTP (Stream Control Transport Protocol)
